Anna Haumer

Employer Branding Specialist at Zoku

Anna Haumer is an accomplished Employer Branding Specialist at Zoku since April 2021, where responsibilities include project management within the international People & Culture Department, along with recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of People & Culture Coordinator at Zoku Vienna. As the Founder of the monthly pop-up series Kochnomaden since August 2019, Anna has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous culinary experience includes serving as Executive Chef and Operational Manager at Blue Mustard from 2017 to 2019, where the restaurant received the "Best restaurant concept" award, and as Chef De Partie in award-winning establishments such as Restaurant Igniv, which earned one Michelin star, and Hertog Jan Restaurant Group, known for three Michelin stars. Anna's culinary journey also includes roles as Sous Chef at Restaurant Mesnerhaus and Chef De Partie in other prestigious kitchens. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from FHWien der WKW and a High School Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management from Tourismusschulen MODUL.
