Barbara de Jong

Barbara de Jong has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Barbara is currently the Operations Director at Zoku since 2022. Previously, they worked at Sircle Collection as the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing the operations and budget of six hotels in the Dutch region. Prior to that, they held various (pre-) opening and hotel management roles at Sir Adam and Sir Albert hotels, where they were responsible for construction, design, team development, and guest experience. Before joining Sircle Collection, Barbara worked at NH Hoteles as an Operations Manager and Booking Office Manager, where they successfully managed the commercial and operational aspects of multiple hotels and conference centers. Barbara also worked as a Sales Executive and Group & Conference Organizer at NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst. Overall, Barbara has a strong track record of ensuring smooth operations and driving long-term success in the hospitality industry.

Barbara de Jong completed their Bachelor's degree in Leisure & Hotel Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued an ING degree in HTS Bedrijfskader at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Barbara'ssecondary education took place at Van Mearlantlyceum Eindhoven from 1988 to 1997, where they attained a VWO degree. No specific field of study is provided for their secondary education.
