Jen Pineau

Jen Pineau is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in transforming organizations through strategic technology initiatives. As the Global Director of IT & Cybersecurity/CISO at ZOLLER Inc. since May 2024, Jen focuses on unifying technology across global operations. Previously, during a critical tenure as Interim CIO at BeneSys, Inc., from April 2018 to March 2023, Jen exhibited crisis leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, fostering a culture of cybersecurity and achieving significant compliance milestones. Other notable roles include IT Enterprise Architect at General Dynamics Land Systems, where Jen ensured compliance with DoD standards, and various positions at Royal Oak Industries, where foundational IT infrastructure and culture were established. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Cleary University and has been trained in ITIL, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
