Daniela Kework

Senior Program Officer at ZOMALAB

Daniela Kework is a Senior Program Officer for Fundación Viento Sur leading the areas of Workforce Development and Early Childhood Development.

Before joining Fundacion Viento Sur Daniela worked at Fundacion Chile serving a number of roles. Initially she was part of the management and execution of VetaMinera and Consejo de Competencias Mineras, both initiatives aimed to align needed competencies and skills for the labor market in the mining industry. Later on, she became the ED of Programa Eleva, and initiative led by Fundacion Chile and a public-private partnership focused on supporting the mining industry through better preparedness and opportunities for its labor, as well as improving alignment between credentialing, training, and industry needs. She also served as sub-manager of Planificación y Gestión del Centro de Innovación en Capital Humano.

Daniela started her career as a project manager in the mining industry working at Finning South America S.A and Bechtel Chile Ltda.

She holds a B.S. in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
