Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as AVP and Regional Head at Zomato since June 2018, Ravi Kumar has successfully led the launch and expansion of over 50 cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, focusing on building a sustainable business model and managing P&L. Prior to Zomato, Ravi Kumar held the position of Deputy General Manager at Reliance Communications, overseeing customer retention and base management. With a strong background at Bharti Airtel and other telecommunications firms, Ravi Kumar has demonstrated expertise in revenue assurance, marketing, and CRM operations. Ravi Kumar holds a PGP PRO in Business Administration and Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bhundelkhand University.
