Fatima V. is an experienced manager in customer experience, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Zonar Systems since May 2016. In this role, Fatima V. leads the implementation of a Customer Advocacy Program, focusing on customer engagement and team supervision to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
