Michael King

Michael King is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Continental, where responsibilities include overseeing The Americas Digital Law and leading a Global Expert Team in Digitalization since November 2016. Following Continental's acquisition of Zonar, Michael has focused on SaaS contracts, licensing, and emerging technologies. Previously, Michael held the role of General Counsel at Zonar Systems from August 2011, after a decade as outside patent counsel, emphasizing intellectual property management. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Patent Attorney at the Law Firm of Ron Anderson and working as a Chemist at Rollins Environmental Services. Michael holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BS in Chemistry from San Jose State University.
