Matt Alsleben is currently the Director of Special Projects at Zone 5 Technologies, a position held since 2025. Previously, Matt served as Chief Engineer at AFWERX from 2022 to 2025 and held multiple roles at the United States Department of Defense between 2017 and 2018, including Technical Director and Chief Engineer. Prior to these roles, Matt was a Senior Electronic Engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory from 2019 to 2022. Matt earned a Master of Science in Flight Test Engineering from the USAF Test Pilot School in 2015, and holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New Mexico State University.
