Michael Deleo

Michael Deleo is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and software development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Fellow and Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Zone 5 Technologies since January 2021, Michael focuses on airborne flight systems, developing kernel drivers and user space applications for ARM processors. Prior roles include a Senior Software Engineer at Comcast, where embedded software solutions for security and home automation were designed and implemented, and a Senior Software Engineer at SRI International, where Michael architected scalable distributed systems for military and intelligence applications. Additional experience includes software engineering positions at Bargain Networks and Seascape Communications, where Michael developed web applications and process control systems, respectively. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
