Brett Hooker GAICD currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at ZONE RV, where responsibilities include leading digital and operational transformation in a high-growth manufacturing business. Previously a Strategic and Digital Advisor, Brett's role evolved to encompass driving scale, profitability, governance, and cross-functional alignment. In addition, Brett is the Managing Director of Bandicoot Advisory, providing mentoring, research, and advice to boards and CEOs in the software technology sector. A former executive at TechnologyOne, Brett held various leadership roles, including EVP New Engineering and Group Director R&D, overseeing product development and strategic planning. With a rich background in applications development from Oracle Corporation and a foundational role as a founder in software entrepreneurship, Brett's education includes a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Business Computing from Queensland University of Technology, along with graduate studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
