Bruce Boisture

Bruce Boisture is the current President at ZoneFlow. Bruce has held various leadership positions at different companies throughout their career. Bruce started as an Associate at Day, Berry & Howard LLP from January 1979 to December 1986. Bruce specialized in tax law, banking law, and initial public offerings of securities. Bruce then became a Partner at the firm. In November 2005, they became the President at MedScanSonics, Inc. and was tasked with turning the company around. The company was a majority-owned subsidiary of a publicly traded medical device company. Bruce then became the CEO and President of Financial Industries Corporation from January 2004 to November 2005. Bruce was again tasked with turning the company around. In May 2001, they became the CEO of EDsmart, Inc., a start-up company that developed and commercialized ASP-model data warehouse and query system for school districts to help meet No-Child-Left-Behind requirements. Bruce then became the CEO and President of Paradigm4, Inc. from June 1999 to March 2001. Lastly, they became the President of Trinity Capital Alliance, Inc. from January 1992 to December 2007.

Bruce Boisture graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics. Bruce then went on to study at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Bachelor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government. Finally, they attended Yale Law School and earned a Doctor of Law.
