Lead Technical Support Specialist at Zones

Muhammad Farooq has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Muhammad started their career as a Summer Intern at PTCL.Official in 2011. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Jazz from 2014 to 2016, where they provided customer support, upsold additional services, and offered technical assistance for mobile devices.

In 2017, Farooq joined Altair Technology Ltd as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they helped customers with the installation and setup of IPTV services and addressed connectivity issues. Muhammad worked there until 2018.

From 2018, Farooq worked at Zones, LLC as a Lead Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they showcased their technical expertise, provided insights to the sales team, and supported the sales process.

Starting from 2020, Farooq took on the role of Manager Customer Contact Center at Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service LTD. In this position, they developed a business plan for the call center, recruited and trained a team of call center agents, supervisors, and support staff. Muhammad held this position until 2022.

Overall, Muhammad Farooq has gained extensive experience in technical support, customer service, and call center management throughout their career.

Muhammad Farooq holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Muhammad has also obtained the certification of Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2023.
