Saad Ayub

Saad Ayub is the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at Zones. Saad has over 25 years of experience in technology and digital transformation. Prior to joining Zones, they were the CEO and Managing Director of the Ruminado Group, a consulting practice that focuses on IT and digital transformation, new product development by leveraging digital technologies, and supporting private equity firms on technology related aspects of their portfolio companies.

During their time at the Ruminado Group, Saad worked with some of the largest global retail and financial services companies to assess and improve their technology-enabled change programs. Saad also developed new digital products and co-founded a crowdsourcing mobile application.

Saad has a proven track record of success in helping companies leverage digital technologies to achieve their business goals. Saad is a thought leader in the field of digital transformation and innovation, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed in the digital age.

Saad Ayub obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Saad then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

They are on a team with Jeff Andrew - SVP, Chief Delivery Officer, Derrek Hallock - President and COO, and P. Sean Hobday - Senior Vice President of Global Business Development. Saad Ayub reports to Firoz Lalji, Chairman and CEO.
