Steve Merrill

Steve Merrill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Global Managed Services at Zones, LLC, where they are responsible for delivering innovative solutions to customers and driving digital transformation. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Vice President at NTT DATA Services. Steve also worked at Dell for a significant portion of their career, starting as a Manager and progressing to Executive Director, overseeing various aspects of infrastructure services delivery and global management. Before Dell, Steve gained management experience at America West Airlines.

Steve Merrill attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Steve also holds additional certifications in ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practitioner.
