Swiss construction law, parcel-specific. Linked the way architects plan.
Zonify is the construction-law tool for architects and planners. Enter a parcel; in seconds you see which articles apply to your project. We resolve the cross-references between laws, so you read construction law in context, not in fragments.
V1 starts with the Zurich corpus, fully mapped: BZO, PBG, ABV, BBV I, and BBV II. Other cantons follow; in the order we can map them completely, not earlier.
Three operations make the difference:
Apply. We filter the articles applicable to your parcel, including exceptions, anticipated effect, and ongoing revisions.
Link. BZO references PBG, PBG references ABV. With us, you click through the references instead of jumping between PDFs.
Sort. Pick a building component; see every regulation from every law. One click on "Roof"; a list of every article that applies.
Built by architects with construction-law experience, not by a language model. Every value links back to the regulation and the dataset behind it. Verifiable, not asserted.
Zonify is built with the architecture and planning offices that use the tool daily. Which laws come next is decided together with the offices developing Zonify with us.
Currently in closed beta. Sign up at zonify.ch; we'll be in touch as soon as a spot opens.
