Simon Griffiths

Simon Griffiths is a dynamic wine merchant and sporting consultant, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at ZONIN1821 Group since 2025. As the Managing Director of Siparium Sporting and the Group Managing Director of Siparium Entertainment, they focus on creating bespoke shooting packages and promoting exceptional wines through Dionysus Vintners. With a background in the Royal Navy, where they honed their leadership and communication skills, Simon has also managed the Gloucester Comedy Festival and held various roles in the wine industry, including Managing Director at Cotswold Wines Ltd. Simon holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and International Relations, as well as a Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits.
