Meike The is currently serving as Programmasecretaris for the Geestelijke Gezondheid cluster at ZonMw since March 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing programs such as the Onderzoeksprogramma GGZ, Suïcidepreventie, and the Nationaal Plan Hoofdzaken. Prior experience includes roles as Coördinator Call Agents Recruitment and Call Agent Recruitment at the Centre for Human Drug Research from April 2023 to March 2025, and an internship in the scientific editorial office at de Volkskrant in late 2022. Meike completed a research internship focused on COVID-19 communication at Leiden University in 2022 and served as a Student Assistant in various capacities.
