Rosa Schoonen

Rosa Schoonen is currently serving as a Programmasecretaris for Translationeel Onderzoek at ZonMw since November 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Projectmanager for Recruitment at the Centre for Human Drug Research from March 2022 to November 2023, and as a Data Analyst in R&D at iScreen from August 2021 to June 2022. Rosa has also contributed to the acquisition committee of the MOSA Conference, an international biomedical conference organized by students, where responsibilities included collaborating with partners and securing sponsorships. Previous roles encompassed front office management at Boutique Hotel Maastricht and event crew at Bas-Events, along with serving as a pallbearer at Draagkracht. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Physical Activity, Nutrition & Metabolism from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution, alongside relevant training in project management from NCOI Opleidingen.
