Natalya Bibik

Natalya Bibik is a seasoned delivery and project manager with extensive experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Zoolatech since June 2025, Natalya previously held a Project Manager role at SoftServe where responsibilities included planning and managing projects to deliver desired outcomes. As an IT Project Manager and Mentor at IT Education Academy, Natalya specialized in training teams on agile methodologies and project management. Prior roles include managing strategic initiatives at Inmost, leading a healthcare regional project for the EU, and improving business development activities at the Business incubator O.M. Beketov National University. Natalya holds a Master's degree in accounting and auditing from O.M.
