Zoom Room is a venture-backed indoor dog training gym with an emphasis on socialization. The motto of this franchise is: “We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them.”

With its strong appeal for millennials & educated, active lifestyle dog lovers, its key revenue streams include dog training classes, socialization events, and retail products.

Both start-up and operating costs are very low compared to other pet concepts thanks to Zoom Room's small footprint, minimal staff requirements, and retail zoning. As clients accompany their dogs at all times, liability is extremely limited.

The profitability of all its locations is driven by passionate loyalty. Clients are retained for years with lifetime spending almost 100x the cost to acquire. YOY sales and 3-year CAGR are more than 4x higher than the pet industry as a whole.

Zoom Room boasts more 5-star ratings than any other dog training business, an 87% retention rate, at an NPS of 90, making it both the highest-rated and fastest-growining dog training business in the country.

Zoom Room is the only franchise to have authored a book in its own area of expertise. "Puppy Training in 7 Easy Steps" was the #1 best-selling dog training book in America in 2020.

Zoom Room works closely with animal rescue & other charitable organizations and quickly becomes the epicenter of the dog-loving community, host to countless memorable, well-attended events for responsible dog owners & their pets.
