Alex Doroftei

Alex Doroftei is the Head of Global Payments & Fraud at Zoom, where they plan and own the global payments roadmap and manage all aspects of payment fraud on a global scale. Previously, Alex held significant roles at Epic Games as Director of Payments & Fraud and at Electronic Arts as Fraud Operations Manager, where they developed and executed fraud prevention strategies and improved payment operations. Earlier in their career, Alex gained experience as an IT Administrator at DAHER and contributed as a Senior Security Operations Engineer. With a strong foundation in fraud management and payment operations, Alex is known for building high-performing teams and driving innovation within the industry.
