Alysia Jones

Alysia Jones is a Learning & Security Enablement Leader and the Founder of ANJ Collective, specializing in risk, compliance, and change strategy. With a history of designing and implementing successful security learning programs at Zoom, Alysia achieved significant training completion rates and improved organizational risk management. Previously, Alysia held various roles at Percepta, contributing to customer care and learning development for over a decade. Alysia earned an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College and is dedicated to creating human-centered solutions that foster organizational clarity and effectiveness.
