Ben Kukor

Ben Kukor is currently a Manager of Customer Success at Zoom Video Communications, where they coach and mentor a team of Customer Success Professionals while fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Previously, Ben held various roles at Zoom, including Team Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Sales Development Representative, where they contributed to significant operational ramp-ups and managed a diverse portfolio of accounts. Ben also gained leadership experience as a Trip Leader for Ohio University's Outdoor Pursuits and held research assistant positions at Ohio University's Food Science Laboratory and Psychosocial Processes and Health Laboratory. Ben holds a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Nutrition in Outdoor Recreation and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Ohio University, along with a certificate in Sports Nutrition.
