Janet Su is currently a Sr. Business Analyst in Finance Systems at Zoom since 2021. Previously, from 2010 to 2018, Janet worked at Cisco in various roles, including Business System Analyst and Operation Service Lead/Program Manager, where they focused on order processing and enhancing revenue attribution processes. They also held positions as an IT Project Manager and Developer/Tech Lead, leading several key projects related to business intelligence and HR systems. Janet is pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
