John Ellis is the Head of Global Zoom Virtual Solutions Engineering, where they lead efforts to enhance the experiences of individuals and organizations. With a diverse background in sales, technical solution architectures, services, and customer success, John has held significant roles at Cisco, including Director of Global Strategy Planning & Operations and Senior Manager of Systems Engineering. Their leadership contributed to Cisco's Global Virtual Engineering team receiving the Stevie Award for three consecutive years. John began their career at Nortel Networks, where they focused on customer success and sales operations after earning a degree from North Carolina State University.
