Madelon Barning is the EMEA PX Manager at Zoom. Madelon has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Madelon started their career at SigmaKalon as the Electronic media manager. Madelon then moved to Starbucks Coffee EMEA BV as the Partner Resources Associate and later became the HR Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for the full life cycle of an employee, from attraction to retention to learning and development.

Madelon Barning attended HBO University, where they studied Human Resources. Madelon then attended Huygenwaard, where they specialized in HR management.
