Nick Fox is the Head of Agentic AI Sales Engineering at Dialpad and currently serves as the Americas Solution Engineering Leader for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. Prior to these roles, Nick worked as a Collaboration Engineer at OneNeck IT Solutions and served multiple positions at Zoom, including Zoom Phone Architect and Manager of Solution Engineering. Nick began their career as a Consulting Engineer in Collaboration at Global Technology Resources. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
