Sayed Fadhil possesses extensive experience in technical support and account management within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Starting as a Client Support Engineer at Datacraft from March 2007 to December 2010, Sayed progressed to roles such as Telecom System Administrator at BlackBerry and Technical Support Engineer at Polycom. From 2019 to December 2020, Sayed served as a Technical Support Expert at Poly, before transitioning to Zoom where Sayed initially worked as a Technical Support Engineer and is currently a Technical Account Manager since November 2021. Sayed holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in InfoComm from Nanyang Technological University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
