Suhas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Product & NPI Lead for Business Systems at Zoom since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Manager for Strategic Programs at Veritas Technologies LLC, where Suhas led vendor selection processes and implemented buy-sell entities. At Cisco, Suhas held various positions, including Business Analyst, Techno Functional Leader, Service Owner for Business Process Management, and Principal Program Manager, driving significant initiatives such as the renewal transformation program and the establishment of a scalable Sales & Quote to Cash ecosystem. Most recently, Suhas worked at NetApp as Leader for Renewals and Customer Success, managing extensive application delivery for a substantial installed-base selling business.
