Todd Reeves

Todd Reeves is the chief people officer at Zoom, where he leads People Experience. He ensures that Zoom’s core value of Care is reflected in the company’s approach to talent; workplace; benefits; compensation; belonging; recruitment; culture; and employee experiences.

Todd joined Zoom in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience leading transformational change and driving organizational performance at global technology companies including Expedia Group, BMC Software, and SunPower, where he was most recently Chief People Officer.

Throughout his career, Todd has spearheaded efforts to modernize HR infrastructure, build innovative data platforms, and strengthen employee engagement. He brings deep expertise in total rewards, people analytics, and employee experience, with a proven ability to deliver meaningful business impact through strategic HR initiatives.

Todd holds a B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
