Vera Chen

Vera Chen is a Senior Product Designer at Zoom, where they focus on enhancing core and admin experiences for Zoom Phone. Prior to this role, they were a UX Designer II at Microsoft, working on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and a Product Designer at Meta, contributing to the onboarding flow for Facebook Ads. Vera also held a Product Designer position at Zoom, where they successfully launched the Zoom Contact Center. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Mount Holyoke College.
