Christopher Tocco is an experienced professional in customer experience and the performing arts. Currently serving as Team Lead in Customer Experience Development at ZoomInfo since July 2021, Christopher has also held various roles within the company, ranging from Outbound New Business Sales Development Representative to Customer Experience Development Specialist II. In addition to a robust career in customer service, Christopher has an extensive background in acting, affiliated with SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association since 2008. Teaching experience includes roles as Guest Teaching Artist at NYU Tisch and Adjunct Professor of Humanities at Union County College. Christopher holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The A.C.T. Conservatory and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts & Theology from Boston College.
