Darrell Grissen

Darrell Grissen is currently the VP of Product Management at ZoomInfo. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Salesforce from September 2017 to September 2020. There, they focused on Real-Time Interaction Management and led product for Interaction Studio, part of the Marketing Cloud. Interaction Studio is a real-time decision engine for executing Next Best Action decisions that brands use to engage with their customers across all channels: web, mobile, email, ecom, service, and other channels.

Before Salesforce, Darrell was the CTO of Entrepreneurial Finance Lab from October 2011 to March 2017. EFL is an alternative credit scoring fintech focused on increasing access to finance for consumers and entrepreneurs in emerging markets. With clients across Latam, Southeast Asia, and East Africa, EFL is leading the way in including more people into the formal financial sector that would otherwise be unbankable. As Chief Technology Officer, Darrell was responsible for all of product, technology, and data science. Their team planned and executed all aspects of EFL's solution, including its web and mobile stack, mobile UX for low literacy environments, interactive mobile and web module design, data science and analytics using the latest in behavioral psychology, and the production machine learning pipeline for rapidly building and deploying models for our clients.

Darrell Grissen completed a BS in Finance and International Studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, followed by an MSc in Computer Science at Imperial College London.

Darrell Grissen reports to Hila Nir, Chief Product Officer. They are on a team with Ben Armon - Senior Director of Product Management, Anna Fisher - VP, Marketing, and PeggySue Werthessen - VP, Product Marketing & Customer Market.
