Michael Bohn

Michael Bohn is currently the Head of Human Resources for Western Europe at Zoomlion and runs their own consulting firm. They previously served as an HR Business Partner and Head of People Development at ngena, where they were responsible for international HR processes. Earlier in their career, Michael worked for Boehringer Ingelheim as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, contributing to complex HR topics and training initiatives. Educated in International Relations and Business Administration, they hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration.
