Robert Powell

Mr. R.S. (Dale) Powell graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc. in Civil Engineering in 1970. For several years after graduation, he was active in the executive of the University of Toronto Engineering Alumni Association. He is a member in good standing of both the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Powell has a background in Corporate and Business Development, Sales, and Consulting Services primarily oriented to the Information Technology field. Since 1977 he has been the President of R.S.P. Management Services Ltd., is a Canadian Company that provides services to a broad range of clients. He was one of the Founders of CANSYS Inc, a Computer Hardware and Software Solution provider and Consultancy based in Toronto and serving a broad range of clients in North America and Europe. From 1982 until its sale in late 2005, Mr. Powell was the President of CANSYS Inc. He is active in the community and provides advice and counsel to start-up businesses.
