James Ho is currently the Vice President of Solutions & Strategy at Zoomph, where they manage customer success operations and client strategy. They previously held various roles within Zoomph, including Executive Director of Customer Success and Customer Experience Specialist, where they achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rating. Earlier in their career, James interned with the Washington Football Team, creating multimedia content and managing social media outlets. They are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism and a minor in Sports Management at George Mason University.
