Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning and Development at ZoomCare, where they leverage their expertise in instructional design and management across various sectors, including health care and higher education. Jane's previous roles include Senior Manager of Training & Content Authoring at Wiley and Associate Director at the Center for Digital Learning & Innovation at Seattle University. They hold a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University, and a Post-Master's Certificate in E-Learning from Northcentral University.
