Prior experience includes consulting roles at CloudCherry, where significant predictive models were introduced for customer engagement, and IMRB International, managing projects in education and healthcare. Additionally, Swarna has served as an Insights Consultant at Inkblot Insights. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Economics from Stella Maris College and a postgraduate program in Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management, complemented by recent training in Python programming.
