Corrado Lanzone

VP, Manufacturing Operations at Zoox

Corrado Lanzone is the current Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Zoox. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Production at Scuderia Ferrari from October 1997 to September 2016. In this role, they oversaw the mechanical manufacturing plant, composite manufacturing plant, and quality for the company. Corrado also was responsible for purchasing, cost engineering, and strategic planning. In addition, they served as the Operations ICT for Scuderia Ferrari.

Before their time at Scuderia Ferrari, Lanzone worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at IIS Istituto Italiano della Saldatura - Il Gruppo from September 1990 to October 1997. In this role, they were responsible for R&D, engineering, training, stress analysis, metallurgy, quality, NDT, and design review.

Lanzone has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations. Corrado has been instrumental in overseeing manufacturing plants and ensuring quality control for various companies. Their experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to Zoox.

Corrado Lanzone has an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School and a degree in Structural Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.

They are on a team with Mark Rosekind - Chief Safety Innovation Officer, Andy Piper - VP, Vehicle Development, and Ryan Wallace - Head of Technical Partnerships Development. Corrado Lanzone reports to Jesse Levinson, Co-Founder, President & CTO. Some direct reports include Ali Javidan - Director of xOps, Joe Yoon - Head of Supply Chain.
