David Hsu

David Hsu is an experienced engineering professional with significant expertise in autonomy systems and hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Autonomy System Test Engineering Manager at Zoox, David leads a team of QA engineers focused on evaluating motion control algorithms for autonomous vehicles. Prior roles at Zoox include Hardware Systems Engineering Manager and Senior Hardware Systems Engineer, where David emphasized team dynamics and the design of electronic sub-systems. Previously, David held research and internship positions at Stanford University Medical Center, Stanford University School of Engineering, Apple, Maxim Integrated Products, National Instruments, and other esteemed organizations, acquiring a solid foundation in electronic system stability and product management. David holds an MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
