They worked as a Human Factors Engineering Consultant at UL, where they conducted usability tests for medical devices and collaborated on test reports for FDA submissions. Emerson also served as a Systems and Human Factors Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, focusing on modernizing Australia’s Air Traffic system and ensuring the delivery of reliable systems.
