Krishna Ram

Krishna Ram is a Reliability Engineer at Zoox since January 2023, with a robust background in materials science and engineering. Previous experience includes working as a Materials Scientist and Failure Analysis Engineer at Headway Technologies, where failure analysis of magnetic recording heads was conducted, and qualification of advanced microscopy systems was achieved. As a Device Development Engineer at Vibrant America Clinical Laboratory, Krishna performed failure analysis for medical devices and led root cause analyses for innovative photoresist materials. Academic experience includes research at the University of Maryland, focusing on thin-film deposition processes, and a research assistant role at the Indian Institute of Science, modeling supercapacitors. Krishna holds a Master of Science in Computational Data Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Maryland. A Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering was obtained from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
