Steve Allen

Steve Allen is an experienced ASIC and FPGA architect and RTL engineer, having led successful processor and data mover designs across various companies. They served as Principal Staff Engineer at Light Labs, where they implemented image processor designs and managed FPGA micro-architecture for a prototype camera. Allen has also contributed significantly at companies like Mangosoft, Zoox, and Bluespec, focusing on developing and verifying complex hardware systems. Currently, as a Sr Staff Engineer at Zoox, they are expanding their knowledge in image processing and ML/AI.
