Tom Flanagan is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Zoox Inc. since June 2016, Tom has previously held positions as a Software Engineer III at Google, Senior Software Engineer at Simply Hired, Software Developer at FreeRunning Technologies, and Software Engineer at imo.im. Earlier in the career, Tom worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Honours in Computer Science and a minor in Pure Mathematics from the University of Calgary, completed in 2010, along with education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2005.
