Daniel Dobson

Daniel Dobson is a Lead Product Designer with a focus on digital transformation and customer experience, currently positioned at Zopa Bank since 2025. They have over 10 years of experience, including roles as a Senior Product Designer at Aviva, where they worked on CX strategy and established a Mobile Design System. Daniel previously founded FORM Agency, where they created branding strategies and online commerce stores. They also served as a Product Design Consultant, providing valuable pitches and solutions for notable clients such as Ted Baker. Daniel holds a BSc in Product Design & Technology from Loughborough University, achieved in 2013.
