Fay D.

Fay D. currently serves as the Head of Finance Transformation, Head of Finance Systems & Payments, Assistant Treasurer, and previously as Treasury Manager for Zopa, a pioneering peer-to-peer lending fintech company, since August 2017. Prior to Zopa, Fay D. held a managerial position in Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at Lam Research, focusing on debt and equity capital markets, and has experience in corporate finance. Earlier roles include participation in the MBA Finance Leadership Program at General Motors and a summer associate position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Fay D. began a career in finance at RBS, where involvement spanned mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BBA in Finance from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
