George Bushell has accumulated significant experience in financial control and reporting, currently serving as the Head of Financial Control at Zopa Bank since July 2021. Prior roles at Zopa include Financial Reporting Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, and Senior Financial Accountant. Prior to Zopa, George worked at PwC UK from September 2017 to June 2021, where roles included Assurance Manager in Banking & Capital Markets and various positions as an Assurance Associate. George began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at Intersport UK & Ireland from October 2011 to January 2015. Educationally, George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science, earned from the University of Kent between 2013 and 2017, following studies at The Judd School from 2005 to 2013.
