Matthew Born

Matthew Born is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and credit risk analysis, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Zopa Bank since December 2018. In this role, Matthew has contributed to the Product Enablement Team focused on membership and previously worked with the Unsecured Lending Team on originations. Prior experiences at Zopa include senior and standard analyst roles in the Collections and Recoveries Team, where Matthew improved backend processes and managed significant debt sale tenders. Before joining Zopa, Matthew held positions at Cadent Gas Limited as a Process Analyst and Graduate Analyst, where responsibilities included project management and performance measurement for process improvements. Matthew also completed internships at National Grid Gas Distribution and realeyesit.com. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
