Robert Baxter

Robert Baxter has extensive experience in risk management, having held various positions in well-known organizations. Robert is currently the Head of First Line Risk at Zopa since January 2023. Before joining Zopa, they served as the Director of Risk Management at Succession Wealth from June 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Vanquis Banking Group from January 2021 to June 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Capital One as a Senior Compliance and Operational Risk Manager. Robert also held positions at Barclays, Capital One (UK), Barclaycard, and RWE npower, where they gained valuable experience in operational risk analysis and management.

Robert Baxter attended Brooke Weston CTC from 1994 to 2001 where they obtained their A levels and GCSE's. Robert then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Information Systems at Nottingham Trent University from 2001 to 2005.
