Robin Wildey

Robin Wildey is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Zopa Bank since November 2025, Robin previously held multiple leadership roles at GoCardless from February 2019 to October 2025, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Strategy, Operations & Experience. Prior to that, Robin worked at ADP from May 2016 to January 2019, managing a large team for Goldman Sachs EMEA and contributing to global account strategy and operations. Experience also includes recruiting for Goldman Sachs’ Investment Management Division and consulting roles at Badenoch + Clark. Early career positions included roles at Red Bull and Callcredit Credit Solutions. Robin studied at Leeds Beckett University and Verulam Boys School.
